WEB DESIGN PROCESS
We follow a well defined web design process that helps us achieve great results with our project timeline.
initial call
We will start the conversation with a review of your project scope, timeline and goals. This will assist us understand what you need created for your brand.
brand strategy
The process starts with discussing and gathering the information about your brand, we’ll ask you detailed questions to show what exactly your brand needs.
implementation Call
We will have implementation call to discuss your design, the scope, timeline, milestones. Your project vision will be addressed during this call.
brand design
With brand strategy done, we'll begin the logo design process, the stationery design, colors, font selection and your brand elements will be created during this stage too.
web design
After your brand designs are approved, we will continue by creating Website Design for you. There will be three revisions to edit the site and get your approval before moving to the next stage.
file delivery
We will package and send all of your approved files. Files will be sent in high resolutions for your future use.
launch
Now we've completed your branding and got your website set up, it's time to reveal your new brand to the world and enjoy your new brilliant image.

Most frequent questions and answers
Each custom project varies. The initial brand process from start to finish can take around 6 weeks while websites take between 8-12 weeks for research, design and development.
Yes! Payments can be made in two to three installments. The first payment, 50% of the total, is required to secure your booking.
After we discuss your project over email and then we will set up a Skype or Google Meet call. As soon as we have all the details sorted out, we will send you the contract and invoice will be sent as well.
Payments are made via a Paypal, Zelle or direct deposit into our account. A 50% fee is taken to secure your booking with the remaining balance to be paid before completion of the project. Please be aware that your 50% booking fee is non-refundable. We often have to turn away potential clients due to being fully booked which means if you opt out of our agreement, your spot could have been filled by another project.
Yes, absolutely. After your consultation, you will be sent a contract detailing the terms & conditions of our collaboration together. You must read & agree to the contract before any work is started.
We work with SquareSpace, WordPress, WIX and Shopify. We will choose the platform that works best for you.
Again, it depends entirely on which platform you use. They are all relatively easy to maintain yourself with no coding knowledge. Your web design package, however, includes a 30 minute Video tutorial after the completion of the project where we will show you how to make minor updates. We will also create documentation for you to help show how to update your site by yourself.
No. Web development costs differ depending on how complex your site design. We will make sure this is well discussed during our implementation call
